- Upload video.
- Click ‘Edit video’.
- Click ‘Subtitles’ on the left side panel.

- Click on ‘Add’.

- Click ‘Publish’ and your video will include captions or subtitles. To view the captions/subtitles, simply click the CC button on the bottom right of the video screen.
